Yoga

Yoga is more than the asana postures that are the focus of many yoga classes.  Yoga is the capacity to be okay with what is. For the thinking mind to accept what life presents and to not judge it as good or bad - just what is. Then from a balanced mind we can chose our response.

 

Life style choices that support a balanced mind body are central to it. The basics of diet, exercise and rest support the body to support the mind. How we treat ourselves and others are an aspect of service

Pranayama and mantra supports our breath which is the prana of life. The yogic understanding of breath is fundamental to mindfulness and awareness an dis life changing.

​

It's so simple  -  peace of mind is grounded in the next breath.
