Drama and theatre have a long history as a communal way of sharing our story.
Woven into our story is the complexity of who we are and why we are as we are. The back stories that have got lost in time can emerge. Used as a therapeutic tool, using our bodies and voice to enact scenes real and created, allows our body to tell it's tale. So much of our story is locked in the cells of our body forgotten by the busy mind.
Unlike talk therapies our body tells a different story in a different language.
